Jimmy Smith - Where's his shop?

Anyone know the name of the town in NC where Jimmy Smith's shop is?

I've got a buddy back in MN that's having him build him a buggy and he's bringing all the parts down in a few weeks. I'm wondering how close to Mooresvile / Troutman area it is.

When I asked my buddy he thought the name of the town was Red Barn... that doesn't sound right to me or to google maps.

That's what I thought too. He swears it was in NC.. I really have no idea, just trying to see if it would be worth the drive just to say hi and have a beer. An hour or two, no prob. 4 or 5 hours each way, nope.

Not really but for anyone from half the country away they've probably heard of one not the other.

It would be interesting to map how many chassis builders between MN and Chatty he is going to drive by though
