Job Posting:

We have a 2nd shift dispatch position available with my employer here in Kernersville. This is a growth position so we haven't taken the time to create a job description, but here are some of the basics of what the job would entail:

We are a medium size truckload carrier based here in Kernersville NC. The successful candidate would assist the 2nd shift load planner in handling the day to day operations of the fleet, handle driver relations, and monitor various operational agenda's against established benchmarks (IE monitor trailer allocation, shipper detention time, productivity, etc.). Experience is a plus, but not required. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

Basically, our ideal candidate is somone with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and thinks big rigs are cool. ;) :D

If anyone is interested or if you have any questions, E-MAIL your questions or resume to me. Please don't post a reply or send a PM.

Previous experience in in-home sales helpful, but not required. Personality is required, though. There is training pay and then a VERY aggressive commission structure with bonuses. You can work in Jeans and a polo shirt, too! This isn't multi-level marketing and it's not door-to-door sales. Unlimited income potential for someone willing to listen, follow directions and be yourself. PM me or e-mail me at mabbott1@triad.rr.com and I'll fill you in on the details.
