The Carolina Full Size Jeep Club (CFSJC) hosts an annual family event, called the Full Size Jeep East Coast Invasion. Dates for the event vary from year to year, but are usually held either the first or second weekend of June at Uwharrie National Forest, near Troy, NC. This year the dates are June 13-16. The event is FREE to all attendees, the club reserves the entire Badin Lake Group Campsite at no cost to you. You are responsible for your own trail passes.

From Troy, North Carolina, take State Highway 109 north for approximately 10 miles. Turn left onto Mullinix Road (County Highway 1154), and travel approximately 1.5 miles to a stop sign and "T" intersection. Turn right, and go approximately 2 miles to another stop sign and "T" intersection. Turn right, then make a quick left, following signs to the Badin Lake Group Camp.
