Be careful, don't go by mileage alone if it is a MH. Make sure it was not a fulltime. Be damn sure it was not stored within 50 miles of the beach. Best way to see how it was taken care of is to look at the batteries, if they are new that is a red flag. I've been camping since I was a kid with my parents and a owner since 1996, let me know if I can help. PM me. If you are doing the dealer thing, offer them 40 percent off what they are asking and be ready to sighn some papers, markup is high used or new. Beware of "just rebuilt" stuff like trans and motor. Most are just barely legal as far as weight when new.
