landfill in mebane

Anybody know if there is a landfill/dump near mebane/hall river
that will accept construction waste?

I have been hornswaggled into helping a neighbor tear down a building that was alot bigger than we both expected.

mostly wood with shingles and vinyl siding thrown into the mix!

soit soundslike you need a "construction waste" place, alotof landfills won't take that stuff.

Just google C&D landfills in your area... I'm sure there's one within reason... Most counties operate one.

I'd google the county and either "drop off site" or "waste" or something like that. Most drop off sites will allow you to drop off for free if you are a resident of the county and not driving a commercial vehicle. I've rid of roofing in both Durham and Wake counties. Orange County even took asbestos siding with no problem. In fact, may be your closest site. They are off of 15/501. Not far from Mebane.

The closest place I know of that takes construction debris is A-1 Sandrock Bishop Rd. Greensboro. I'm the dispatcher for they're container division. We'd be more than happy to deliver you a 30 yd container, you fill it up and we'll haul it away. $400 cash, check, money order, or credit card when we deliver it. We cover that area. Ended up making 4 trips. Found a const. debrit dump within 16 miles. BUT...had I seen this first, I would have been happy to hear the 'beeping' of one of your company trucks backing up to bring the dumpster.lol


I think I've lost 7lbs in 2 days, if my scales are right..lol sweat does a body good..but the cramps kill!!!

it was the past 2 days..got a few small cuts(bleeding) and cramps too!..lol
