Owensby Enterprises on High Point Rd in Greensboro use to do spring work.
Stone Heavy equipment in Greensboro might also do spring work.
If you've got access to a press, you could fix it yourself. I've fixed and re-arched the YJ springs under my Samurai by bending them in my HF 20 ton press. We also re-arched the rear springs on Tony's race XJ for about 2" lift so he could ditch the 2" blocks. I don't know if that is the correct way to do it, but it works, and I've been running the rebent ones in my Samurai for a while now.
Seems like there is a place called Spring Rebuilders or something like that, over near the SW end of town off 52 maybe. I got some U-bolts made from them. something about their name tells me they might be whatyou're looking for...
For teh time/money though unless there is something weird about the spring, I think you're better off just buying a new set.
