$20 for a set of those that only have 10 led's and you have to rivet or screw into your body...
or get 61 super bright led's for $40 that go in with an easy rubber grommet and will be so bright they almost blind the person behind you when you hit the blinker or brakes....
just my 2 cents, but if you're gonna do led's do it once and get the best brightest ones you can find
That's old thinking that more is better. It's not the quantity of the LED's, it's what generation they are and how bright they are.
The new generation single LED flashlights prove that, not to mention most all the emergency-grade LED light bars use just a few LED's, and they have warnings on them not to look directly at them at close range.
