level front end on 76 f100 4x4

my truck sits about 2.5 inches lower in front. if i buy spring spacers or longer coil springs what else will i need to do or change to front end?
 
I would definitely go with a new coil spring to attain the lift you seek. In addition to that, you will need longer shocks and will want to address the brake lines. You may have to do something to the steering, but I'm not sure. Some of the difference you have is from spring sag, so you may want to be ready to bring the rear up just a touch after installing a new front spring.
