Just bought a 2004 Rubicon which has 2" suspension and 1" body lift. The Jeep is slightly higher in the rear, and I would like to level it; preferably by lowering the rear about 1". What is the easiest way to level it?

some people will hate on me for this but you said easiest. take a torch and heat the bottom of the springs and she will drop. go slow or you will be buying new springs or lowering the front. I have seen alot of drag guys do it to lower their cars. Im sure someone else can post alot of why nots to doing this but this is an easy way. It does im sure effect the integrity of the metal. I personally would just live with it rear rakes are cool.

does it have a full size spare hanging off the rear? or a huge Rubi bumper ?

add a few pounds of gear in the back, you'll be glad that inch extra was there

Buy a 3/4 or 1in coil spring spacer (budget boost) that is added to the front right above the coil to level it out. ($30-$50 on e-bay)
