Leveling kit for 15-18 f250

Anybody running one? Not sure if I should just get a spacer or a more involved leveling kit. Anybody have any feedback?
 
Depends how much you want it to come up. I'd say get Bilstein adjustable struts if the price is right. They work well in other applications... Not a big fan of spacers. I'm assuming it uses struts.
 
Spacers will work ok then. You'll lose some up travel obviously. Probably not enough to make a difference. I've got 1.5" on my xj and no noticeable ride difference. My xj still hits bumps on harsher bumps.
 
I'd be more concerned about the rear end. Those springs are super soft. They drag ass in stock form.
 
The 17s and 18 leafsprings seem to be a little more stout.
