What size kit does it take to level a 2004 ext-cab 4x4 F-150?

I have the brother to this kit except mine is a 3.5" kit and 1" block in rear

best kit by far is the bilstein 5100 leveling kit for the 150.It comes with adjustable struts and uses the stock spring. Its just like stock unlike the other kits which extend your stock bolts with a spacer.
