Lifting Question

Hello all, I am new to this site and never had any of my past trucks lifted, but I want to lift my new one.
I just bought a 2014 Sierra and I am wanting a 2-3" lift (and level) to allow for some slightly larger tires. It came stock with 17" dia. tires, I am wanting 19-20" dia. tires. I do not off-road or anything, just wanting a little bit bigger look.
Here is what I am wanting and hoping to receive some suggestions on which direction to take:
-keep factory ride-feel. The truck is smooth riding, want to keep it as smooth as possible
-wanting a 2-3" lift and to level it out
-trying not to void my warranty
-keeping my old tires for backup in case I need to reuse them one day - will they still be able to be used with new modification?
-not wanting it to affect any long-distance travel (I travel a lot for work) (not hugely concerned with mpg loss, as I expect to lose 1-2mpg)

Which direction should I go? Suspension lift? Leveling kit? Body lift?
Also - anyone know a good shop to do the work around the Greenville area? I can probably do it, but I do not always have a lot of spare time on my hands.

Any help and suggestions is appreciated. Thank you

Call brandon at rides. He can direct you on what is best.

Btw your rim size is 17" diam not your tire. Decide on what size tire you want(31" or a 295/70r17 for example) then base your research off that.

Just buy a leveling kit. They will raise the front to be level with the rear. Take it to your dealer or bring it to me (I am a Chevy tech in huntersville). They won't void warranty but make sure you get it aligned after the leveling kit is installed. I bought my gf a leveling kit for her f150 and it cost me $180 for the kit about an hour to install and an alignment. If you brought it to the shop your looking roughly $220 for labor to install a leveling kit and I think $70 for an alignment plus you keep your warranty. Hope this helps
