line locks

I've got that one. That and the mico are the best you will find, with this one being cheaper. Never used one but everyone I've talked to has said the Jamar locks are trash.

I've been running the Jamar, http://jamarperformance.com/TheRealm/shop_detail.asp?product_catID=Brake+Accs.&product_id=147 , for three years now. So far so good. I did have it stick in the locked position once, had to crack a fitting to let the pressure off, has worked fine since. For $40 not bad, I do like the manual possibilities of the one you posted. Guess you could install two and have cutting brakes on the rear, might look into that if my Jamar ever fails.

Just buy the damn things. Or you could get some mexicans to do the same thing for less money.

But make sure they are legal:flipoff2:

hahaha is there such a thing? And cj, you are mexican. what the hell!!! I cant really have cutting brakes in the rear due to the expensive welded diff I have in the 14 bolt.

How is that any different from a $12 ball valve from Lowe's with 1/4" to 1/8" npt reducers? I personally couldn't ever trust a line lock over a mechanical brake, especially on a street-driven vehicle. If you lose hydraulic pressure, they're kinda useless, aren't they? Takes the "emergency" out of "emergency brake."

It's rated for 4x the pressure of that lowes valve and for corrosive fluids...
It's also not meant to be an emergency brake, tis a parking brake.
