what size tubing should be adequate for my links. Truck has rockwells and 52's.I am going to be running 2.5 johnny joints with 1.25 studs. I was just wondering what wall thickness y'all would run for the links. would you run square or round tube. and I have seen people sleeving there links is that better then just using one thick material? If more info about truck is needed to determine what size is need let me know and ill post it up.Thanks in advance for any help.

How long are they going to be? Most of mine are around 3". My guys have bent 2" .385 and 2.25 .315, but not enough to replace them.

Their tendancy to bend increases as they get longer and you run huge azz tires.

thanks for the info guys. 91oneton I would love to order some now but am strapped for cash at moment thanks for offer though.

I'd go with 2" .500 wall that way you can just tap the links for the johnny joints

1.25 left hand thread tap is about $120 weld in bungs are only like $13
