Have you gone to the JB conversions site? Haven't used them but the info and Price is impressive.

Yes that is where i was looking. I am sure these would make a huge difference with my stick shift.

I bought the gears and rotation ring. The gears were really smooth meshing (despite the huge teeth). After adding the 90w oil they were even smoother. Haven't finished putting t-case back in yet.
