Looking for a building to rent for a shop around the Burlington area.
Even just a bay or two next to something.
I'd say at least 1000 square feet.

I've checked with all the local real estate joints I could find and the papers but I'm not quite ready to drop a signature on a $2500/month lease yet.
 
Check the old car dealership on Meband St. Its Omni Recources I think. They have that whole section behind them which used to be the service department. They used to rent out those bays. They probably still do.
 
$2500 is what I pay in Greensboro for over 5000 sq ft....With the economy like it is you should easily be able to get something down that way for less than $1200 for the amount of space you're talking about. a guy that works with me is from that area and owns 40+ rental properties, I'll ask him if he knows of anything.

If you are not set on the Burlington area you should be able to find a cheaper place in the Asheboro/Randleman area.
