I have a 97 wrangler with a 2.5 5 spd. Last week it developed a miss or what appears to be one. It occurs while driving and parked as well. You can either push the accerlator to the floor and it will clear for a mile or so, or turn the ign. sw. off for a few seonds and restart. Some times it can be driven for along time and it not occur or it may make it a few hundred feet. It has been tuned up including a new dist. and camshaft sensor. The only thing that is not spec. is the spark plugs. I used Bosch Platium. It set a code one time for multi cylinder misfire. Any thoughts?
