What is everyone using for the propane setup? Where are you getting it and what specs should I be looking for?

Get the LP rated hose -- it will say so on the side. There is a truck air hose that some folks use that looks just the same (braided cover, etc), but it is supposedly permeable to propane, and doesn't cost much less to be worth it. I get mine from Dillon Supply in downtown Raleigh. They have all the connectors you will need, too.

Be ready for sticker shock, IIRC, the hose is about four bucks a foot.

BTW, the hose has a braided stainless core. They told me at Dillon to cut it with a hacksaw. :shaking: I found it easiest to cut with a good whack from a sharp axe.

edit...I see you are in S.C......you may want to go on line. Check Nash Lift. www.nashlift.com

I'm from a small town and about 1hr from any major cities. I was really looking for a place to maybe order it.

Its 1/4" hose correct?

and the big one from the mixer is 3/4"?
