looking for rental house anyone got one to rent ?

looking in the durham area or outskirts.

my mother / aunt / myself will be moving south here soon. we want to rent a place for 6 months or so. then we will be buying a place after we figure out were we want to settle down.

all 3 non smokers / no drugs / super clean people / 1 small cat no problems at all. no trash house / furniture / and knows how to use a cat pan. heck anyone that visits here at our house now dosnt even know we have a cat till she comes out to say hi .

we have owned out current house since 1988ish. so we are not rental squaters.

let me know what ya got or were a good place is to look .

we would prefer 3 bed rooms and all one level. but in not all one level thats o.k. for now. 2 vehicles will be thare . no projects or vehicles on blocks. :rolleyes:

Not a rental place. But. Dad is selling two nice size houses beside each other for 200000 all together. In durham if you deside to buy. Geer street right after you cross under 70 ( on the good side) give or take 4 houses after 70 on right

There might be a house to rent in my neighborhood. It is in West Raleigh though but has great access to 40/440. I know the owner has moved out and he had rented before he lived there so he will probably rent again. Call and ask about the house on Dorcas Street if your interested.
