My hope is a supreme court ruling will strike it and set a precedent limiting this kind of overreach
Its a private plane, private property. Pilot can require WTFever he wants from passengers or not provide a service.Would it violate the passengers rights to have his bag searched anyway? I mean tsa can do it, but can a private pilot?
