My current shop is literally next door to our lumberyard. So I have access to a 13k forklift anytime I need it. Once I move the shop to my house, no more lift.
Unless of course I have a skid steer 
Our driveway is about 5/8 mile long. When it snows, we have to hire a guy to scrape it. I'm sure I can have the neighbors chip in and pay me instead.
Maybe some easy side jobs too.
Or maybe I'm justifying a purchase I've wanted for a long time. Actually, that's exactly what I'm doing and my wife fully supports the idea!
