MAF tuning

I have a '06 Tacoma and I'm looking for someone that can tune it. I have the split second MAF calibrator from URD and I need it tuned for my setup.

Looking for someone in NC that can do this for me.

He said he wasn't able to do it, then referanced me to another shop and they said they were unable to do it.....any other ideas?
