major yard/house cleanup?

as a result of a bad wreck about a year ago, i've been living with my parents. this has left my house vacant since then, and it is now in need of some major cleanup. i've had someone cut the grass and do little things, but it's really starting to look bad on the other upkeep.

SO... i'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for local companies/people that do a good job with this sort of thing? i need leaves raked, sticks picked up, bushes trimmed, weeds pulled, gutters cleaned, roof cleaned, exterior of the house/porches cleaned, etc.

or, if any of you ncsu students are interested in making some cash in your spare time let me know. just be warned it's not a small/quick job. it's not really hard work, but it will take a while.

Shouldn't Peanut and Lee be out there doing it for free for contributing to the Great Jacknife of '07? :flipoff2:

$1 a day & all the popcorn you can eat

Drifting 32 foot trailers is a new sport. You havent heard of it? Ivan is pretty good at it.

I'd be interested. Owned/Ran a lawncare company for awhile and have access to equipment. PM me a list of things and what kind of $$ you are throwing out :bounce2: Damn babies making me work

lol. i'm hoping they'll at least contribute to the great winch my tongue back straight '07.

I havn't heard about that one yet
to make a long story short, middle of nowhere west virginia+pouring rain+dark intersection+me not seeing a stop sign= drifting a 32ft. trailer around a turn and it eventually jack knifing into my truck.:flipoff2: it could have been a lot worse.

okay, here's a basic list of what needs to be done. i would say it's going to take at least two full days of work, maybe three. that's assuming 2 people. if it's still something you're interested in, pm me and we can talk $$ and i can give you the address if you'd like to take a look at it first.

1. leaves raked/blown

2. sticks picked up

3. half of a fallen pine tree cut up

4. grass cut

5. driveway/walkways swept/blown

6. roof swept/blown and gutters cleaned out

7. 30-40 bushes/small trees trimmed and shaped

8. lots of pulling weeds in landscaped areas and a brick patio

9. clearing two natural areas of ivy and other undergrowth

10. cleaning the exterior of the house of any dust, dirt, cobwebs, etc.

11. clean all exterior windows. it's just a ranch, no second story or anything.

there's probably a few other smaller things i'll think of, but that's the major stuff. the lot size is about 3/4 of an acre, but part of that is covered by the house and a garage in the back. in addition to equipment/supplies for the list above, you'll need a truck or trailer to haul off the yard waste.

yeah, i've got a few things but definitely not everything it's going to take. i will pay for consumables like bags, etc. of course.

Yea I don't really have a lawn to take care of at the apartment so I have no equipment. I guess I could store it all in Kevin's (the K5 on 44's) room if I kicked his Lazy butt out

sent you a pm, my brother would love to help ya out
i gave him a call the other week and left a message, but never heard anything back? i'll pm you my number.

ttt, i'm still looking for a company or people to do this...
