Mechanic to look at Chevy 350 in central nc?

Recently picked up a very nice 98 suburban 2500. Owner said his father was the original owner and had the engine rebuilt by a friend and is now a 383 stroker. Seems to run ok but I’d like to get it to someone to go through it and make sure.

Any suggestions on a good mechanic ?
