So I've came into ownership of 5 matching 24 bolt hummer wheels. All are pristine and by the weight still have run flats.

All have nearly new 37 military E range Goodyear's. One is brand-new old stock with I think the later pattern.
All are old by build date but have been stored inside.

Thoughts on them in general?

My take. Heavy. Horrible stock offset. Did I say heavy?

The double bead lock is awesome. The Goodyears suck. What is the double bead lock in the 24 bolts? I think it's the rubber run-flats?

Dunno. Rubber or magnesium units?

Juggling between the idea of re-centering them and pvc inserts.

Haven't priced it all out.

Would the tires be worth Fuller effect groove party?

Oh and 16.5 diameter?
Good or bad for selection of meats?
I probably want ever be a sticky pocket book guy.

Pros to the wheels is they are damn strong. Yeah the weight isn’t ideal, but for the money I still think a set of H1’s is tough to beat. Relatively easy to recenter, tons of rock ring options to protect the beadlock bolts. The 16.5 size is not as popular anymore with the 17” wheel and sticky tire age, but most of the good Swampers are still available in 16.5. The stock Goodyears aren’t horrible depending on which tread pattern. The RT sucks, the MT gets better and the MTR is probably the best of the three.

Since my front 60 is a dually 60 the stock backspacing works great without having to switch to SRW hubs.

I still have a rig to cut the old centers out. With cut down mag inserts or PVC they’re not much heavier than steelies with diy bead locks. Just the size is kinda limiting for choice of tires.

If they are stock 24bolts, they should have rubber run flat. Depending on which one, you might can cut the run flat portion off vs buying plastic. I also think many of them come with bfg or mtr tires, which aren't bad either option.

Been looking at Trail worthy fab pressed centers. The web sight is down and I'm out of the loop.

Haven't found any others I really like yet.

On road use or offroad only? If truly offroad only, just run em flipped backwards and be the widest mofo in town!
