Up for sale, I have the below. I bought this stuff a couple months ago to add to my shop, since then I had an opportunity to purchase some equipment a little newer/nicer. Both these pieces came from the same shop, I unwired them and loaded. I ran both pieces a little prior to loading. Not every single gear/speed but I did run them. These were owned by an older gentleman man that was a retired tool maker and still worked part time at home until he passed. Both pieces are 3 phase, neither are new but are a long ways from scrap yard. I will include a 3 phase converter with the purchase of the pair of machines.

-Index brand mill, step pulley, 9x40 table, power feed on X, doesn't use a r8 collect, but I have a whole set of what it does use, includes a pretty nice hand chuck. $2000

- pratt & whitney model "C" lathe. 12x30, includes 3 and 4 jaw chucks, has aloris style tool post and a few holders, taper attachment also. $2700

That wells index is the first well priced piece of heavy machinery I have seen on the interwebs in a LONG time. If I had the space for it, I would snatch it up. Most machinist feel these are better than the R8 Bridgeports. Someone is going to be very happy to get one or both of these machines.

If you want them gone quick, toss them on practicalmachinst, but I bet someone here grabs one or both.

If I had the cash I'd get these and put my son to work teaching me how to use them.
