Miller tig trouble shooting dial arc hf

Got problem we can’t solve at the shop have a Miller dial arc cant get it to start a strong arc replaced the contact switch and now I diodes in it anything else to look at for this issue?

Scratch that had a diode bad getting hf arc now but the damn Bryant 60amp switch is broke so hot wiring this beauty I reckon

Yeah I’m considering picking up this Miller bobcat he has that won’t work it’s older and I think I can fix it he said no arc so only so many things it can be! Has 10kw gen on it and decent engine
 
If it runs and you can take the cover off to inspect and don't see traces of some sort of catastrophic melt down it's probably worth it. Again the older stuff less reliant on circuit boards are usually repairable. If I knew as much about trouble shooting the machines as I did using them I'd be super excited.
