Looking for an experienced shop/individual in Morganton to evaluate a Jeep 4.0L for me. I just don't have time to get up there.
Here's the deal... I sold a late model 4.0L to a fella in Morganton. It was supposed to have been a good low milegae motor obtained from a fellow board member. I told him to have his mechanic check it out before installation and I'd give him his money back if there were any problems with it. Well, now it's in the Jeep and he says it is ticking, knocking, rattling, smoking, water out of the exhaust, etc, etc.
I would like to verify the problems before I send money back to him. The Jeep is driveable so I would have it brought to you and pay you for your time.
