any one runnin motive gear brand gears? im thinkin about gettin a set off of ebay for about $500 shipped with install kit. they are the cheapest i can find, but i dont wanna buy junk. also what about lockright lockers model# 1610, any good? these are for my low budget yota, thanks.

Motive Gears are just fine. That was a price for a gearset and master kit shipped?? Seems pretty pricey

We use Lockrights all the time and they work well.

Give me a shout if we can help you out with a gear/locker purchase, I should be able to hit the $500 mark depending on application.

Rollota, dont know much about motive but I just bought Precision 4.56's w/ Precision master install kits and a new Dana carrier for my D30 for 495.00 shipped? So unless Movitve is really good that seems high to me.

I bought Dana/Spicer 4.56 gears for a HP30 and a D44 last year...including master install kits...for a TOTAL of $350/shipped...

...and paid $300 labor for gear install...$650 total, parts & labor, for a regear job...;)

...and no "discount" if anybody was wondering...

these are 5.29 gears and that price is both front and rear. where can i get some cheaper? and i got a guy who is gonna put the lockers and gears in for $100 per axle.

that price also included two master install kits. if anyone on here can get me some cheaper, or at the same price id rather give you my business so let me know.

I think I got my set from trial gear. With install kits it was a LOT cheaper than $500. Of course they were running a special. Ibought the install kits seperate because I am using an E-locker for the front. But I think it was still a bit less than $500 for all of it.

for both gear sets and master install kits, that's not a bad deal...

your first post just kinda made it sound like one set of gears...

I'd check with Andy at CRS and see what he can do...
