Mounting a tire with ether?

Try doing it 18 times with duals and 110 psi! It is a all day job!

This is great until you lose a bead and spill antifreeze on the ground. Hope it's the environmentally friendly stuff.

You really could use any kind of fluid, as long as it's not pure water, the point is avoid rust.
I bet some crappy vodka would be a nice touch, lol.

And it's not like having a million little plastic beads come out is any more enviro friendly.

RV water line anti-freeze is drinkable, could use that. You just don't want it to freeze in the winter. I ran the Centermatic Balencers once. But the oil that was inside the ring would be like mollasses in the winter up in the north west and would ride very bad for quite a while when you stopped for an hour or more.

My tires were too stiff to use a strap around when they were new. Kept distorting the bead area and didn't give a good seal. Just couldn't seat it. I removed the valve stem and had to do it a couple of times with ether, I just didn't want to use too much and end up like that guy in the video. I did it with air soft pellets as well. Hardly lost any.
