Went up Sat night, and rode Sun. Hit welder and easy out first thing, didn't make the water fall this time cherokee kept spitting driver-side coil out about half way up. Walked easy out, but a little more dug out at the last ledge then last time.
Then went over and hit lil tellico, ran armor all for the first time, that trail kicks ass, i loved it, ended up breaking on the exit to the right at the end, axle joint let go on the drivers side, inches from the top, so we didn't get to run pull cable.
great weekend to say the least and again LOVED armor all.

where are these trails located? i know Mt. City but i mean is it a whole network of trails or are they spread out every where? a little info on them if you dont mind.

thanx

when you start thinking of "Deliverance" take a right and follow the cardboard/spraypainted signs to the parking lot. from there, you're screwed. LOL

Mac,

Im think it's Callalantee (sp?)... we need to get up there when we get back from Tellico if you want?

OR hey, why not just come to Tellico w/ us Thursday? We have an extra bunk in the cabin....

no these trails are something different from Callalantee. i would love to go to tellico but i am leaving for the beach. thanx for the invite though.

Those are all trails at Callalentee. The "waterfall" is on the Welder Trail. Easy Out is a new trail.

There used to be another trail system in Mtn City, but it's long gone. RIP Crackers Neck.

yea thats def. callalantee unless theres another place with the same exact names including the new trail some members just made.

nice pic sam, we should have all known you would be hardcore when we saw you roll your junk 10 minutes into your first trip out with it, haha...(or we should have been smart enough to tell you that that skyscraper you were in would roll over :fuck-you:)

Some people call that place Callalantee while others call it Mountain City. It's the same place.

Greg was referring to 2 different places in the town of Mtn. City, one of which is no more(crackers neck).

Callalantee, in Mtn. City
Crackers Neck, (shutdown now) in Mtn. City

Walked easy out, but a little more dug out at the last ledge then last time.

I was there sat. w/ a group of zooks and a couple tag-alongs in a jeep and yota.
I don't know what else we done, but I know we done Welder. Awesome trail...I like it.
One of the zooks in our group tried Easy Out..... worn-out tires and an ultrashort Zook wheelbase killed him on the ledge. He did mange to turn around and drive out. A ranger in out group skinney pedal it all the way to the last ledge and got high-centered. The Yota pulled him out, then got stuck the same way.

Matt

btw- I'm not stock....but it was funny watching the Lady driving a stock zook up Welder.
