Muddevils do Callantee...video

I know most of the trails there but haven't been on that one yet.

Not sure of the exact angle (guesstimating about 45-55 degrees), but that hill is one steep SOB! :D

SO where is that trail were you guys flipped it on its side??

I know where all the other trails are...
Don't really know how to tell you to get to it. The "manager" of the land saw us riding aimlessly and said.."I got just the trail for you guys" and lead us to it.

Sweet video, the first part was a blast to watch.

How are those stickies working out?

That Jeep on boggers has one FUBARed suspension. How are those stickies working out?
That CJ was rolled out of the garage the night before with no testing. All it really needs is a center limiting strap and spacers in the heim so the "one link" doesn't move side to side. The krawlers are the single best thing I've ever put on any rig I've owned and next to a 42 irock they are the same size. You get what you pay for.

beast40, when you get your jeep out of the shop how much will you have in yours? i have less than 100$ and worked well all weekend and as well as tellico . not bad for 3weeks from stock to 44 and rockwells and all in my garage and as far as the suspension one limiting strap fixed that. :flipoff2:

Get your panties out of a wad, it was just an observation. A center limiting strap is nothing but a bandaid to a bad design. They are used to limit unwanted travel not to keep your suspension in check. Drop another $100 into the rig and do it right. I applaud you for being able to build a functional rig for a $100 and with that skill I know you can improve upon it.

a limiting strap is a band aid? porque senor con muy pequno juevos?
They taught him that at webwheeling school.....A bad design? WTF do you know about a bad design? You take your junk to Andy and leave it for years only to get it out , make a run through Uwharrie and then realize that you need bigger axles and tires to play down there. Step out from behind the screen and put your ass in a seat, then spout off stuff that you don't know anything about. At least that way you can go (somewhat) on experience and not what you read off the net. Stick to being a JU superstar or better yet dazzel me and actually take your rig somewhere. :flipoff2:

I expected nothing but that responce from you. You said yourself that the suspension needs some work. And its true the suspension needs more then a limiting strap, especially since it need one in the rear going up hill, its normally the other way around. Not sure why a little construtive critism had to turn into a flame fest, I guess thats just how hardcore guys roll.

My more then a $100 rig will be done soon, maybe we can all go to Uwharrie together. :flipoff2:

i guess hardcore means that you actually use your rig.....

i always wondered exactly what hardcore meant.

I don't think you can give constructive criticism if you don't build you own stuff.

And due to the fact that he built himself he probably realizes that the suspension needs some work with out you telling him.

And fubar'd was maybe a bit extreme since he did actually get it off the trailer and wheel it.

And if in fact if he did build it for a $100 the one thing it is not is fubar'd it ARAR'd awesome beyond all reconition b/c i know i have 500x that much in mine.

Your right I've never used my rig.

You would think that. If i'm not mistaken his panhard runs right to the middle of the diff, I am willing to bet that causes most of the problems. FUBARed was maybe a tad tasteless but pretty accurate. Have you guys actually watched the video? You'll see 3 rigs walk a section where the CJ almost flops itself. Its cool everyone is coming to back tempoffroad up but lets be honest with ourselves, the rig needs some work and he apparently is more then capable to fix it. If my rig needed to be tweaked I would be more then happy to have someone point that out. Flame on.

needs work yes.. But it is wheeling and i did make it. Its hard for you to judge mine when you havnt even seen your in action in years. but i know that it needs work and didnt need someone who cant even build their own rigs to tell me what i need to do or how messed up the design that i built not bought works.

Well just a page ago you were saying all you needed was a limiting strap to fix your suspension...obviously someone had to come in and help you out. A few other people were reinforcing that fix. Call me what you want but atleast I was trying to actually help you rather then let you slap a limiting strap on your jeep and still have a suspension that doesn't work as well as it could or should.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

my off road machine is the best out there.........bow down to my rock crawler, mud bogger and all around bad ass rig
