I figured I would start easy and do breakfast as my first meal. Bacon on the bottom. Then potatoes, summer sausage, cheese, and eggs. Came out pretty good. I think I am going to try chicken pot pie next.

Looks good. We tried some new to us stuff a week or so ago camping. Didn't picture a Text Mex chicken dish with Rotel, green chilies, tortilla and cheese.
But got shots of the pineapple upside-down cake.

And a pancake recipe. It uses flour, several eggs, butter, brown sugar. We put our canned peaches on top with powdered sugar.

My wife has found she enjoys making/baking sourdough bread (I enjoy eating it), so planning a batch (or 2) in the dutch oven Labor Day weekend.

Got this chilli headed toward the coals. Sweet corn bread with some jelopojoes for kick goin on after a slow cook of this chilli.

Roasting for the Sunday afternoon cravings.
