Very cool

how do you hook a 4 wheeler engine to a Sammi (or any other automotive) t-case?

after three and a half months i decided to drag it of storage...worked on it all day....havent had any time or funds to put into it lately,so doing what i can with what i have.
.
.I set the 250r motor and sammi case in it,front axle and driveshaft is in.
the wheelbase is longer than i wanted,Its 96 inches,I was shooting for 70-75..with the drivetrain setup i have there is no options.
so i went from 31s to 33 tsl's because of the wheelbase difference.
pics later..

pics,i borrowed a camera,,date is wrong.ended up with 96 inch wheelbase.

man when i have kids i want em to wheel one of these. how well do you think the sammy axles will hold up to the 33s, since it has the smaller motor? this thing is wild cant wait to see it finished

posted it in the for sale form,.....nothing....so its time to get back on it and wheel it!!
Hopefuly the sammi axles will do ok with the small motor,we will find out in a month or so.

nice ... when I was stationed at ft. Benning I hung out with a guy who built one of these for his daughter .. He used a honda civic motor and transaxle mounted sideways (always in low range becouse the trans-axle acted like a transfercase) ... it will be cool to see how you built this ...

i have a civic motor, but my youngest is 5 ,so less power for now is a better option for this buggy at the moment.
i already built one with an accord 2.2 just like the one your talking about.
