Its a short walk to the shop. The house sets between/behind the shop and the road. I have to have a place to retreat to when the wife gets tired of me. :lol:

forget the pad.....looks like you got good size yard. enough to wheel on? i wish i had some land to get some dirt on the tires. my half acre just aint cuttin it.

^ MOVE, if you can. I'd hate to live in or near the city.

The yard is too big but I didn't want to have to pay a dozer operator too come back and make it larger when I decided the yard was too small. There are a couple of ATV trails behind the house on my property that I am going to widen a bit so I can make a lap or two on them with my YJ. We have some decent ATV/Jeep trails on my family's land also.

yup, my half acre is going up for sale after i get married in august and we're going to work towards 5 acres if we can find something we both agree on, or atleast 1 acre attached to the father in laws 10 acres.

your deal sounds like a good place for a rail buggy.
