This is a picture of my ranch in Texas. It will be an offroad park in the next year or so. There is a dried up river in the front of the picture (they are having a drought right now) The mountains have lots of level 4 and 5 trails. Should be pretty nice. More to come

Looks good.

You guys will be the first to get invited to wheel. Now hunting on the other hand will be a little tricky. Although the property was originally purchased to he a hunting lease we really dont want any hunters. Maybe once or twice before the wheelin crowd gets there. yeah, the house has one of the best views I have seen in a while. you have to have 4wd just to get up to the 3 car garage. it levels out when you get there but the ride up is awesome. Reminds me of a jeep commercial. lol

If the land is in prime deer country you can make some cash by having a few hunters lease your land. You could work out a deal with the locals by trading hunting rights for help making the trail system you want. Just something to think about. Good luck with this project.

as far as hunting leases. I know all about that, because that is what it was used for. I just want it as a home no hunters yet. This place is in a town called Campwood, Tx. actually it is in campwood hills though.

Very nice. I love the Texas hill country. Now you just have to get a life time supply of Shiner Bock and a "Remember the Alamo" bumper sticker.

My whole family lives in Texas, 'cept for me of course.

mmmm Shiner Bock:beer: ...Makes me want to go to John T. Floores Country Store to see Robert Earl Keen and have a Shiner or 12.

How many acres and How many millions did it cost??

WOW!! That place is beautiful. It must have cost a arm and leg. A little far to go wheeling for most people who are not serious but a good idea. Nice place man. Enjoy it.

Same here, except it's only most of my family. Texas/OK/ks rolling hills are by far my favorite terrain as well.

Fun fact; if you ever find a grocery store that sells shiner here in NC...and you buy some...at least one person will come up and start discussing TX. Almost every time. :D

Sounds like you got it for a pretty good price too...

That is so true. People from Texas are so proud it is funny.

Oh yeah and the 32 oz miller light cans. <if you drink a whole case of those and can still stand you are the man>
