now teach him to tighten lugs opposite of each other instead of just going around the circle, and i bet you he'll do it right the rest of his life.

That is what got him started I let him help me use the impact once. I think if i was not looking he might try to use it a again

I'd say you need to retighten a few of them. That toy impact just zinged them off in less than a second!
