First off, I'd like to thank everybody that sent in submissions. I was a little worried initially that we wouldn't get enough submissions to warrant a vote for prizes, but we ended up with 57 great ones. I hope you guys have enjoyed this. I sure as hell have.
This vote is for the money, so here's how the prizes break down:
First place prize is one gallon of Al's Liner and a Spray Gun from Triangle Specialty Coatings.
Second place prize is an ARB 3" x 10' tree saver from ECGS.
Third place wins a receiver shackle kit from Carolina Truggies.
Please go check out all of the great vendors over in the vendor forum. We just picked these prizes based on what we thought you guys might like and what fit into our measly budget. There's a ton of Vendors offering all sorts of great stuff. Let them try to earn your business.
Voting ENDS at 11pm on Thursday, November 19. In case of a tie vote, we'll file lawsuits arguing the validity of the absentee ballots and whether or not hanging chads count. Actually, if it came down to that, I guess we'd have a revote with the top finishers. I don't want that to happen because I'm out of town next week. So I'm tasking you guys with rigging this thing so we only have three winners on Thursday night. If you can see to it that dieselwhale doesn't win all three prizes, that'll be a bonus.
Now, as for the shirts themselves, the likelihood right now is that we'll be hard pressed to get these printed and out to you guys before the end of the year. We're going to get it done as quickly as possible, but we have a few details to work out before that can all happen. We are going to look at doing pre-orders for the first batch, so we should be able to accommodate a few different options as far as color and size go.
Finally, a few disclaimers:
Prizes will be handed out according to the vote tallies. However, NC4x4 reserves the right to choose another submission or part or all of several submissions for the final shirt design. Shirts will be screen printed, so designs may require modification or alteration to fit the format.
Submissions are made with the understanding that they will be treated as though they have a Creative Commons attribution license.
Enough with the boring crap, on to tonight's top ten:
