iPad : You have to scroll the whole page until it stops, then scroll in the box, will go up down and side to side 
Drag your finger in the box, just because it doesn't have a scroll bar doesn't mean it won't move
Works same way in landscape or portrait positions
iPod Touch I am not able to scroll in the smilies
