Need a good shop for YJ rust frame repair

I’m in Statesville NC, resurrecting a 94 Jeep YJ that has some bad frame rust near the rear shackle’s. I just moved and don’t have the facility for this repair so I would pretty much need to drop it off and pick it up when it’s done. I would like advice on shops you would trust with this repair.
If you are capable and willing to do the work, I’m open to the idea.

I'd be interested in taking a look at it. They do make safety caps for those iirc. @ltrpilot9 is it just the rear section that needs repair?
