Need a Hinge

I'm looking for a large, probably obscure hinge for work. I want to replace two hinges with one large one, due to what I believe breakage from stress on the hinges.
I need it to be around 9.5"-10" wide, here's a pic of one of the failed hinges:


You can see the crack where it failed. Each hinge is on either side of the bracket.

I need this to be somewhere in or around Raleigh.

Or get a piano hinge and cut it to size.
