ok, i have a YJ that i recently lifted SOA with stock leaves all around with an extra main leaf. the front is just fine sitting how i want it to sit but the rear sits a little lower, probably because of the 1/4" thick bumper/tire carrier with the 35" spare and hi-lift jack resting on it. i want the jeep to sit evenly and i like how tall it is in the front so what do i do to lift the rear? i still have some leaves from the packs i took the main leaf out of. i could add the second (next longest) leaves from those packs to the rear packs but that might stiffen things up a bit. the other option i know of is to just put longer shackles on the rear to lift it about an inch. which way do you guys think i should i go? right now the rear leaves sit about flat, no negative arch, will shackles put too much strain on these leaves?
