I have a flat tire on a Nissan car I just bought and the stupid after market rims on it need a 12mm alen wrench to take the lugs off. I have been looking every where in town and it appears this size doesn't exist. I bought this damn car to be reliable and get me to work. So much for that. Any help would be appreciated. Advance or Autozone has a 3pc kit with a 12mm allen head socket in it. I send customers over there all the time to get them when they lose the keys to there rims. Too bad you weren't closer i've got 3 or 4 of them floating around the shop and the house

I've "heard" that on some of the allen head lug nuts, you can just use a 1/2" drive ratchet with no socket on it. you may need an extension to reach.

thanks for the replies. I found one at harbor freight. The one I got from FP Fensel snapped instantly. Advance auto told me that lugs with 12mm holes didn't exist!!! Thanks again guys.

Guy at Advance also told a friend of mine that his '86 CJ 7 had square headlights and was willing to show him in the catalog! :shaking:

My friend went to Autozone.
