Need an electrician in Greensboro/oakridge/stokesdale area to wire 220 in garage

ok i bought a new welder and need to get an electrician to wire in a 230v outlet in my garage. The panel is in the garage so shouldnt be a huge deal but im out of slots in my box. One thing ive never been real comfortable working around is electricity, so im going to leave this to someone else. Anybody an electrician, have a buddy, or have a good recommendation.
