Need help Changing control arm bushings

I have the upper control arms for my dodge Ram and I need to Change the Bushings out. I have the new ones but I do not have a Press. Is there any one in the Raliegh/Durham area that can help me press these out.

any tire shop will do it for you if your ok with paying a few bucks
