Am doing a cummin swap on my 95 2500 dodge, going great, trying to get all the lil loose ends put together. One I can't find where it goes is the large vacuum line that comes off the vacuum pump that t off to my a/c and everything then keeps going with large vacuum hose then has a bolt in it.haha got the 97 dodge 2500 off a guy on the fourm but can't remember his name good guy helped alot, he must have put the bolt in it so I could get it on the trailer. But if I could get some pic of some of yalls trucks to show me where it goes thanx for the help

Vacuum brake booster? I'll check mine
I didn't know they ever came with a brake booster, I figured they would all be hydroboost. Although usually that is the only vacuum item with a "large" vacuum line.

iirc they switched over somewhere around 98. from there and older, the PS pump has the vac pump attached to back. The newer only have the hydro-boost equipment.

this is my truck, notice line & fitting to left of master cylinder

Just thinking out loud as some things that were vacuum controledon them. Went to hydraboost in 97 before were vacuum, 97 had vacuum A/C controls, 4wd transfercase, cruise. actually send me your email in pm just found a quick diagram for 94-96 trucks.

Any hydraulic shop should be able to make you some. If it's anything like GM hydroboost/power steering its just regular hydraulic hose, a little hard line, and flare fittings.

Napa sales that line in diff lengths with the fittings already on it all you have to do is bend it. If it is all to long then cut it the right length and re flare it, auto zone will lend you a double flaring tool. Super simple!!
