hey guys I need help spending 2800 dollars. My first option would be to re gear (which I need to do because I just got 35's and still have the 3.73) and get arb's front and rear. My second option would be to an engine skid, diff skids, gas tank skid, get a winch and possibly a rear bumper to hold my spare tire. Help me out guys because I am leaning toward the lockers and re gear what would you do.

I'd do a re-gear and 1 locker and buy a winch, at least

new gears: $500
gear install: $400
ARB: $550
Winch: $650

Total: $2100. Ya still got some more left over for other extras or upgraded winch or another ARB. Find a deal on the gears, ARBs and an install and you can get both ARBs

Send it to me :flipoff2:

Find ya some fullwidths already geared and beat that thang, I got my 9/44 combo with 5.13's for around 800, then you got 2 grand to play with

full roll cage on that TJ....

Previously I put this idea down, then I saw my friends XJ go over, and realized the importance of the cage...

Winch after that....then everything skid plate you can do! You already got the sliders, and the steering box....go with oil pan or the belly up skid, and gas tank, possibly one of the plates that lifts the gas tank up a few more inches..

In fact, def. go for belly up if you have the SYE, it adds 2 inches over the stock skid down there!

IMO I wouldn't buy a winch at this point, unless your dumb enough to try and wheel by yourself somewhere

I think swapping in fullwidths WITH LOCKERS in them is your best bet then a cage

seriously do not try and wheel without lockers, it annoys those of use that are waiting behind you to go over the simple little hill/rock/whatever you can't get over cause you didn't buy lockers like you should have :shaking:

stupid "jeeps" with there "coils" :flipoff2:

but like CJ just said get rid of the dana 35 if you have it asap, they break if you sneeze wrong at them
