The way that reads...your knuckle, not knuckles is that is per side. If so not that much better deal plus support those who support the board and are local....http://www.cutthroat4x4.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=21&products_id=70
NVM I found a shop that will do it for $49.99 and ship it back for free
I find it funny that a place called "cut throat 4x4" is 2 cents cheaper.http://www.cutthroat4x4.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=21&products_id=70

So what happens when "Cut Throat" drills the knuckles out wrong and then you're stuck with a cheap labor price, poor quality machine work and no recourse?! At least local, you will have someone to talk to and IF something were to go wrong, they'll be able to make it right. I had my Dana 44 drilled and tapped at Tarheel 4wd a while back and they turned out great. Let a local shop know what price you were quoted and I'm sure someone will be willing to work on the price. They still may not be that cheap, but it's worth it to pay a quality shop when it comes to machine work. Your dana 44 knuckle is VERY important to say the least.
My 2 cents. And don't forget that you have to ship the knuckle to them so that's at least the $13 you said. Now you're at $63. I'm sure someone local will do it for about that price or a little more. And in most cases when building a 4wd, it saves you money to spend a little more here and there.

For what it's worth I charge 50 bucks per knuckle. I have access to an Index mill any time I need it. I've done a bunch of them and have it down to about 35 minutes start to finish AND thats hand cranking.
