any of you guys good at rebuilding automatic trans.
ive got a c4 and all new parts including a new valve body. i can pull the trans. im just looking for a good honest person that can rebuild it using my new parts. cash in hand . thanks.

Im not that close, but if you have any mechanical ability at all.
Pick up a rebuild book, you can rebuild a C4 EASY.

It is B Y FAR THE SIMPLEST TRANNY TO GO THROUGH.

It will take you maybe 2 hours and the only thing you really need is a few tupperware containers and a clean bench.

If you want to come down to the beach for a day or two i'll do it. You can even watch/help

The C4 is pretty simple. but there are some special tools needed and some tricks that will make it way easier.

If you decide to do it yourself, I have a book. It's not scary once you are inside of it. I don't have time to help you but you can use my book if you want. I'm in Greensboro. Scott

That sounds good, If I have time I'll help you too. I'm no expert but I've done a few that ran trouble-free as expected.
