Need new Jeep checked out

Can someone refer me to a good shop around the Gastonia area? I just bought a 78 CJ7 with some mods, mostly engine, and I wanted to have it checked out all around. (It's mechanically sound otherwise I wouldn't have bought it.) I just want someone who can look at what I've got and make any suggestions on things to do to increase performance and reliability as I am new to Jeeps this old and I grew up around old Toyota and Nissan 4x4s

Try a short drive to Conover and talk to Brandon at RIDES. He has worked on a lot of jeeps and can probably tell you a lot about it. You can pm 91oneton on this board for more info.
